Xelnix specializes in mobile accessories, including phone cases, chargers, charging cables, adapters, phone stands.
2. Where do you ship?
We currently ship exclusively to customers in the United States and Europe.
At this time, we do not offer shipping to other countries or regions.

Orders will only be processed after payment has been successfully received and verified.
4. Do you offer exchanges?
No. Xelnix does not offer exchanges.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return and refund in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.
5. What is your return policy?
We accept return requests within 3- 7 days of delivery.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging and accessories.
