  • Show no signs of damage caused by misuse, modification, or improper handling

Xelnix reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products returned after 7 days of delivery
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer
  • Products missing original packaging or accessories
  • Clearance, final sale, or promotional items unless required by law
3. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

3.2 Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

Xelnix does not offer exchanges.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return and refund in accordance with this policy.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team within 3 days of delivery.

Please provide your order number and photos of the item so we can review the issue and provide assistance.
